I chose AccuGide because of the people behind the product. I was not too sure what direction I was going to go but ultimately I decided to purchase the AccuGlide system because of the service you guys offer, the people behind the product and the precision that it seemed to offer.

I was very pleased with the system and the service during the entire time I was using the system. My company relied on your product from inception until we outgrew it. We now use larger machinery and have the AccuGlide Saw as a back up and smaller projects currently. While I love the saw and your company I did have to move on to larger purchases and grow with my company.

Your company was a blessing and believed in me and for that I am forever thankful. Honestly I would not be where I am without your company and the in-house financing you guys did for me. We are now one of the largest companies in the East Tennessee and Middle Tennessee areas. Feels great to have accomplished what I have in only one year. I owe it to AccuGlide Saws for believing in me and trusting me to finance me the saw I purchased as well as the continued support through the year.

I originally purchased my first saw in 1996. I was working at a shop in St Augustine Florida that was just starting, we specialized in Quartz at the time in 2cm so we had a lot more cutting and laminating to do. The saw cut with such pinpoint accuracy that helped minimize fabricating and polishing. I literally was able to cut up a 15' X 20' kitchen in 3 hours.

We didn't have the money to purchase a bridge saw for almost 2 years and I still used the Accuglide saw when when the bridge saw was down, which happened often.

When I moved back to Tampa and started my own business I purchased 2 saws. The fabricators couldn't keep up with the guys cutting the slabs. The maintenance was very easy on the saws so we just kept it as part of our regular maintenance schedule. I sold that business with both saws still running.

Recently I purchased another saw for a project I was awarded to do: 120 counter tops for a local contractor and I only had 3 weeks to get them done and installed. I'm very thankful and grateful for the whole team at AccuGlide for all their hard work making a system that works and is so versatile.

I initially inquired about the AccuGlide Classic saw in the Fall of 2012. Ben was very helpful with my initial questions. At the time we were going through roughly 1-2 Makita worm saws per year. Our 12” MK saw was mainly being used to cut 3cm stone but was getting stuck on the rail to much, weight was always an issue to work it with ease. Unfortunately after numerous conversations I couldn’t convince myself to purchase the saw. Ben contacted me at least once a year for 4 years to see if I was still interested in the saw purchase. I finally convinced myself to make the purchase after speaking to Beth on the 5th year.

Now when I say Beth was incredible to work with would be an understatement. The knowledge that Beth and her team has about their product line and other products they sell is so extensive; it's impressive to say the least.

After making a purchase of my long overdue AccuGlide rail saw system and taking delivery, I was very impressed. The rail saw saved us time on setup to cut, the accuracy of the cut, and most incredible after cutting 3cm it goes straight to start polishing. Saving a lot of time and effort to straightening out a straight edge finish.

After extensive research on countless saws, I feel that my purchase with AccuGlide was an excellent choice, not only to make use of a better saw, but also for my bottom line. I have highly recommended it to all my colleagues that still use worm saws to cut their slabs. Some have purchased and are just as satisfied as I am.

Keep up the good work and excellent customer service to all the AccuGlide team. Thank you again for making a quality product you can stand behind.

I have used AccuGlide saws for 15 years. We have bought a total of 7 saws and rotate them. Easy maintenance and quality is excellent. We are a fan of the AccuGlide team, they have always been pleasant and helpful. We enjoy being part of the AccuGlide family. I highly recommend AccuGlide to any fabricator.

I own a small shop where we do high end custom stone work. I've worked for other companies over the years and am very familiar with a few different types of bridge saws and edging machines. When I started on my own I needed a budget friendly way to cut. I did some extensive research on the AccuGlide saw and decided to purchase it. It's been a pretty reliable machine so far. The mitering setup is pretty fundamental but outperforms most bridge saws.  What I like about it the most is that you can feel the cut and you know the slab isn’t being pushed.

DGD Flooring used our 3000PRO Saw with ProCircle Attachment to create these huge, precise circle cuts for the flooring in a Honda dealership. The ProCircle's adjustable arm system allowed them to create 4 different sized radius cuts in 3/8" procelain tile. We love the results and so do they!  - AccuGlide
[The 3000PRO Saw and ProCircle Attachment] worked great! We have finished all the circles. Some comments have been that the circles are perfect. Lots of people were taking pictures of how we were cutting the circles. Beth was wonderful to deal with on making sure we got the right equipment for the job.

Before our business started using AccuGlide products in early 2015, our small start-up fabrication shop was producing about 1.5 kitchens per week.  We knew that in order to make the business grow, we needed to increase our production rate, while also increasing our product quality.  We also knew that shop safety was paramount.  After discussing our business at length with Ben at AccuGlide, he convinced me to invest in an AccuGlide Saw and the EZ-TILT table.

We received the new tooling quickly, and in less than a day we were up and running.  Our first cuts were better than anything we had ever produced previously.  By step-cutting with the Zoom blade, we achieved edge cuts that required very little fabrication before polishing.  Our seams were on par with the best in the industry and our production rate quickly tripled.  We now turn out custom kitchens at the rate of 3-4 per week and our production continues to climb.

The AccuGlide Saw is simple enough that most workers can easily learn to use it, yet it is highly effective.  The large arbor keeps the blade extremely true. The tool is quiet and the water feed insures long blade life.

The EZ-TILT table has also made our work environment much safer.  Now, lowering slabs is often a one man job, freeing other employees to continue their work and not loose production time.

Overall, adding the AccuGlide system to our shop has allowed us to increase our productivity and quality dramatically.  Our clients have noticed these improvements as well.  Since introducing AccuGlide tools, our client base has expanded rapidly.  We have been able to accept large, multi-unit projects with confidence and meet scheduling deadlines.  Purchasing AccuGlide equipment has truly been the best business investment I have made to date.

And I can’t say enough about the AccuGlide team.  Ben, Beth, Ashle, and the rest of their team, are always willing to discuss at length the current challenges that our business faces, whether it is regarding a particular project or what next steps we should be considering to grow our business.  The individuals at AccuGlide feel like business partners rather than product suppliers.  I know they will be with us for many years to come, as they are genuinely interested in our success.

We purchased the AccuGlide 3000QT Saw with the miter cutting system and have already cut more than 50 projects for both commercial and residential applications. I would highly recommend AccuGlide tools to anyone in the stone fabrication industry. The quality of the saw, and its cuts, are very good.

Our AccuGlide is much faster than our bridge saw and the cuts are much cleaner too, specifically on really porous marbles. The Quick-Lock tracks and Suction Sups are very helpful to use on jobsites for making chip-free cuts.

Working with AccuGlide customer service and their tools has been an outstanding experience. They have been very professional and deliver on their promises.

We just finished building a 2 tier bar and grill station for a large apartment complex. The tops were 244" long and mitered on every exposed edge. We had no choice but to field fabricate the entire project. Without using the AccuGlide saw and miter system, the job would have been almost impossible. The results are amazing and the setup takes almost no time. We now have 3 saws for the shop/field crews and will be buying more in the near future. Highly recommended!

We are amazed at how fast, straight and clean this AccuGlide saw cuts! We have used every type of sawing system over 25 years from straight edge and skill-saw to track saws and bridge saws, and I can't say enough good things about this system, and it’s portable!

The miters are sharp enough to shave with. Ben and the rest of the team at AccuGlide have been so informative and very helpful with advice and solutions to questions. We receive attachments and blades usually the next day. The folks at AccuGlide have really put a lot of thought and effort into their products and systems, the quality definitely goes in before the AccuGlide name goes on!

We've been using AccuGlide saws in our shop for years now. We use our two AccuGlide saws on 90% of the cuts we make - very clean, very straight cuts. And we really like how lightweight they are. Setup is much faster. If we were to purchase only one saw again, it would be hands down the AccuGlide.

We also use the miter cutting attachment and it’s been a very important tool for us. I usually do the mitering myself with the system and specialize in high end, complicated miter tops. I have a local shop that subs their miter work out to us because there bridge saw was not holding the precision needed for a good tight miter joint.

AccuGlide is a solid company to work with! For us they are local, so I like that I can stop by for blades and service.

Business has been great, we've grown every year for the past five years. Our AccuGlide Saws have been invaluable to us. They've paid for themselves many times over and are still going strong!

Our EZ-Tilt table rocks! It has given us the ability to run the shop with as little as two people and save twice the work. Very high quality tilt table for our rail saw.
AccuGlide was very nice to work with and provided us with the quality we were looking for. I would highly recommend. Regarding customer service, they were fast, courteous and gave us just what we needed!

I couldn't be happier! We recently ordered the AccuGlide Miter Cutting Workstation with the 3000PRO Model Saw. It does just what AccuGlide said it would. We have already mitered a range of material - from onyx to granite. It’s proven to be a great solution to the hold-up we were experiencing with miter cutting on our bridge saw. The cuts we’re getting now, with the AccuGlide, are sharp and dead on.

We’re also very happy with the service we received and would certainly recommend AccuGlide as a company to others.

We have been cutting with AccuGlide equipment for close to a decade now. We've found the system to be easy to use, economical and cuts as good as any bridge saw. To date we have completed over 500 kitchens with this saw.

Our AccuGlide enabled us to start up at a relatively low cost. As a smaller shop we had to pick and choose where to spend our equipment money. With the production we achieved with our AccuGlide, we chose to invest in equipment other than a bridge saw, picking up an In-line polisher instead. We've found it’s made for a well balanced shop.

More recently we purchased the MiterMaster and VersaTable for a kitchen with a miter edge detail in Calcutta Oro. The MiterMaster was a breeze to use and it cut the job perfectly.

The AccuGlide Company knows their products inside and out. They’re very knowledgeable about the stone industry and they actually listen to feedback from their customers.

We would absolutely recommend this saw to other companies who are getting started and looking for an economical cutting solution!

Your product has truly served me well for over 6 years. My company has grown along with yours from the days of the original saw with the Milwaulkee® engine to the PRO Saw and all of its attachments! You guys have been great! Thank you for standing behind and improving your product over the years! It has truly helped me become a recognized and established natural stone fabricator in this demanding economy and market.

AccuGlide has continued to grow and meet the demands of my business, a small custom shop. This saw cannot be beat! We have cut every job we have ever had in the past 6 years with the AccuGlide. I have lost count but I would estimate well over 700 projects. From 2cm, 3cm, 4cm, 6cm, circles, miters, to inlay, this saw has stood the test and continues to work for us today.

This is the best saw on the market for small custom fabricators. It cannot be beat for economy, weight, durability, portability & ease of use! AccuGlide is well made, and delivers on all its features.

AccuGlide’s family business has been a pleasure. We are a small company and enjoy the one on one relationship they provide in a professional manner!

Prestige Custom Stone Products, Inc.

Being in the stone industry for close to 15 years, and having operated and maintained many different types of stone sawing equipment, I can say with total confidence that the AccuGlide Saw is the most accurate and durable machine I have had the pleasure of using.

The extremely high degree of accuracy on seam cuts and the absence of chipping on the bottom edges enable our company to produce the highest quality natural stone products available. The ease and rapidity of cut setups lends itself to increased production as well as reduced labor costs per shift.

Our complete satisfaction and confidence with the AccuGlide was recently made apparent in the purchase of a second machine. From the maintenance perspective, we were very impressed with the simple, common sense, long-lasting quality parts engineering of the saw, while from a business standpoint the saw is an outstanding value.

I highly recommend this saw to any fabricator large or small who is looking for fast, smooth and accurate cuts in any stone (including those shops with bridge saws that want to increase the accuracy of their seam cuts). I cannot speak highly enough about this saw and what it has done for our production accuracy. Thank you for such a durable, quality product.

"My AccuGlide saw has been our primary saw for the last year and a half ... I am very pleased with its craftsmanship and the new Bosch motor. This saw keeps my business going!"

"I certainly would recommend this saw to others. [It’s] an excellent choice for small shops like mine that need consistent performance and accuracy at an affordable price. Simply put this saw is as accurate as the person using it and with a little routine maintenance it will continue to perform great."

"Whenever I have called AccuGlide for help or just with questions, I always get courteous and professional people to speak to. I believe this is due to the family whom owns and runs the company. They take the time to explain everything to you and help you any way they can."

I am very impressed with the quick service I get on the east coast. Timing is always an issue in this industry. Customer service is second to none. I love it that I am known by first name by whoever answers the phone. Everyone shares the same product knowledge, makes placing orders easy.

The saw speaks for itself. I personally do all of the cutting, and I can layout and cut three slabs a day, and not feel beat up at the end of the day. Fab time is greatly reduced due to step cuts (unlike other saws that leave a line on each step that have to then be stoned out) and true right angle cuts.

The ProCircle and MiterMaster attachments save me lots of time every week. And, with a little creativity, the possibilities are endless.

I recommend AccuGlide products, and I have no problem being used as a referral. Thank you to the Harris family!

My saw has completely been the difference for our company. I have no complaints with the saw and all our cuts are right on the money. Our saw has made LOTS of money for our company. In less than two years we have done close to 100 custom kitchens, countless vanity tops, outside bars, fire place surrounds, and shower curbs. I couldn't be happier.

AccuGlide's staff has been helpful in responding to our questions and concerns. All around, they are a great company.

Mr. Tom's Tile

The AccuGlide Saw and the EZ-TILT Table have given me a real competitive edge in this market. One guy is able to lay a 3cm slab down by himself. We’re not worried about hurting somebody anymore. We do a lot of 3cm and it handles the weight just fine. Having a good cutting surface is great. It stays flat and true.

We did extensive research on stone rail saws and found that the AccuGlide system afford us speed, performance and most of all accuracy. We spoke to the company people not to reps which we found helpful and comforting. We are a smaller shop and the AccuGlide Pro system gave us plenty of room to grow. We are very happy with our results thus far and plan for this system to be an integral part of our success in the years to come.

Our AccuGlide Saw has allowed for more precise cutting and ease of job. We have had our AccuGlide Saw almost a year and have done over 100 kitchens and are still 100% satisfied with the saw. It has made the cutting process much easier and precise. The tilt table is amazing; one guy is able to lay a 3cm slab down by himself and we’re not worried about anyone getting hurt. We deal mostly in 3cm and haven’t had an issue with the weight of the stone, works great!

We have found AccuGlide very friendly and helpful! Ben is always quick to get back to you with answers, quotes and anything you may need! A+ for customer service and knowledge! Offering to help with setup and operation questions, thanks Ben! Everything is great, everyone has knowledge of the products making it easy to speak to anyone there!

My experience working with the AccuGlide Company was great! They even trained me on how to use the Saw and Attachments when I picked them up. On our first project with the AccuGlide, we made over 5,000 cuts on two intricate floor inlays. The project was beautiful and the client was very happy! I would definitely recommend the Accuglide to others.

"Your saw cuts straight and true and cuts the best seams I've ever seen. As far as track saws go for starting a business, this is a 10 for sure. It cuts extremely well. This is the best track saw in the business. You can’t get a razor blade between seams. I've used three bridge saws and other track saws. This cuts the best seams I've ever seen, there’s no comparison. I got over 12 kitchens out of one blade in less than a month."

Manual Baptista

The addition of the AccuGlide has allowed Baptista Tile to offer slab fabrication to our customers, our business has grown and we are a complete Tile and stone showroom and installation service. We have done 120 kitchens approximately, but many more smaller tops that have been easy to cut with the mobility of the AccuGlide. It is user friendly, light weight, requires little room to operate. Ben and staff have been a joy to do business with.

Paragon Granite & Marble
Project: Hearst Castle Visitors Center, San Simeon, CA

This project was a large three slab table/reception center with four 12’ outside radii and four 9’ inside radii. I drew it on the slab and cut it with the AccuGlide and circle cut accessory without templates. It literally was perfect! We truly needed an innovative solution for this project because this wasn't going to happen with our Brembana. Once the pieces were in place and we set our center point the piece had to be stationary. The only other way to do this project would have been with a CNC or water jet. Simplicity was one of the really nice things about it. It’s easy to set up and it’s accurate. We were ecstatic with the job it did.

For straight cuts, we've found we can rely on the AccuGlide for predictable precision cutting on site and in the shop. It’s easy to set up and use on site. The cuts are so clean it makes the edge work easy.

"I bought one of your first saws. It has been the best piece of equipment I have every bought bar none. That includes my hand and portable routers."

Brazen Excellence

I am writing this letter to say that your product PERFORMS AS ADVERTISED! In fact, based upon claims being made by other track/rail saws being marketed with extreme hype and fantastic claims about cutting speed; I think you are too modest in your advertising. Your saw and miter system does everything you claim, and in the fashion you say it can be done.

"Just letting you know I am happy with my choice of an AccuGlide saw. I would recommend it for any one starting a small granite shop. I can't say enough about the customer service. Ben is great. Service is second to none."

"I came from a fully automated shop and we are growing this shop now. The saw runs like a horse…it does what I need it to do…it’s a strong unit and it meets my demands. I don’t have any qualms with it. I've been in the business for about 15 years and I've seen a lot of equipment, and this saw is very strong and very durable."

"Works like a champ, perfect for new guys starting out. That AccuGlide will cut a seam just as good as my big saw."

"We use the AccuGlide between 8 and 10 hours a day, six days a week."

Michelangelo Stone Services

"Well I said I would write and let you know how we were doing. (Me and the AccuGlide, that is!!) I'm impressed beyond words, but I'll find a few, I'm sure."

"This saw, and its associated parts, are well thought out, well engineered and well built. I've designed a few things for my shop and could only hope for the kind of success and impact you and this saw will have on the stone trade."

"I was a little taken back by the price at first but I sure am glad I got past that and took the risk and bought one. It does everything you said it would in the video and during our phone calls. It sets up in a very timely fashion, cuts smooth and leaves my stone clean and ready for finishing. I was concerned about cutting small pieces (like 10" x 18") and was amazed at how accurate and precise my cuts were. Michelangelo Stone is just starting out but we will grow with this saw and am proud to have it as part of my inventory of tools. This saw will always play an important part of my production, even when we get to the point of buying one of those 'big guys'."

"I've already recommend an AccuGlide to a friend just starting out on his own and I'm sure he'll be contacting you soon."

"Just a note to let you know that we really like the saw that we purchased from you. We bought our first saw in 1998. It has worked very well. We have not had any problems at all. This is the best money we ever spent. It is user friendly and easy to learn."

"I would recommend this saw to anyone."

"Thanks for everything. You are always prompt in sending out merchandise or if we have any questions."

"I have been using the Harris AccuGlide Stone Saw for six weeks now and the saw have more than proven its value to me. It has enabled me to do things that I did not think were possible without using a larger more expensive saw. And the quality is excellent! The operation of the saw is simple and yet state of the art. The directions are well written and fully informative."

"Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for all your help in purchasing my new saw. It works better than you said and better than I expected. I find it's doing as much work as my old bridge saw with less effort and more accuracy. I know your business will do well. Your customer service cannot be beat."

"AccuGlide offered me what I needed, accurate cutting, easy handling in the shop as well as on the job plus it didn't tie up my cash flow... A Great company, a Great saw. Thank you so much!"

"I wanted to drop you a line to tell you our AccuGlide worked perfectly. Exactly as you and the video said it would."

"Great saws, best of the best in portable saws. I've owned 3 AccuGlide Saws and they are worth their weight in gold."

"Granitech is a newly established company on the East Coast under the management of persons with years of experience in the stone industry. Personally, I have worked with both big vertical horizontal cutting saws and small 5HP saws. Initially, I was not convinced that a small machine like AccuGlide could solve my problems, so I purchased it with the idea of using it as a back up saw. After using the machine for less than a week, however, I realized that I was mistaken. AccuGlide proved to be an accurate and fast saw capable of making clean cuts."

"With ninety percent of my work centered around the fabrication of countertops, I have to deal with templates, and it is much faster moving the tracks instead of turning the table or moving the slab to achieve the desired angle. The machine has also proven to be cost efficient in terms of electricity, diamond blades used, and water usage. Each of the turbo 8 in. blades can cut 1,500 sqf of 1 1/4 in. granite, and here I am not referring only to soft granite. Ultimately, the saw itself can challenge any larger scale saw in both speed and accuracy. Finally, I would like to congratulate the engineer who designed the saw and the company itself for its excellent customer service. This has been the best and most economical purchase I have made in recent years."
